According to the organizers - Messe Dusseldorf Moscow LLC in partnership with IGEDO Company - the polls and statistics of guest registrations showed an increased interest in the first four days of the event schedule, and therefore it was decided to shorten the project calendar by one day - from September 16-19. Opening hours will also be optimized, focusing on the feedback from manufacturing companies and their key buyers - the gallery of showrooms can be visited on September 16-18 from 10:00 to 20:00 and on September 19 from 10:00 to 18:00.
As part of ensuring the safety of the health of participants and guests of the event, the planning of the gallery of showrooms in the New Fashion Hall Main Stage takes into account all the new norms and standards recommended by Rospotrebnadzor, in addition, the organizers will pay special attention to air purification using new technologies from the strategic partner of the project - the company "Third Sense". The catering area will work in the fresh air all four days, as well as the electronic badge control counters in the entrance lobby, and in the welcome zone there will be a beauty stand with an interactive photo zone. For the convenience of visitors from the nearest Moscow metro stations "Dubrovka" and "Volgogradskiy Prospekt", as well as the MCC station "Ugreshskaya" to the New Fashion Hall Main Stageshuttles will run every 30 minutes. The work of the event will be accompanied by a daily business program, which will be held with the participation of key strategic partners - Fashion Consulting Group (September 16), Publishing House PROfashion (September 17), Retail.ru (September 18), as well as the special project On-Line Tech Day (September 19)). The space for holding seminars will have a limit on the capacity of guests and take into account the relevant recommendations of Rosprotrebnadzor. All events of the business program are available for viewing in real time on the official YouTube channel and Facebook page, as well as later - in recording - on the project website.
For the convenience of the participants - manufacturing companies - the organizers will offer several specially equipped meeting rooms for conference calls, including those using the Zoom video service, which can be used by appointment. The new service will be able to make communication between commercial representatives of brands at the event site as convenient as possible with their head offices or buyers who did not find the opportunity to be present in person.
The gallery showrooms « s'elections moscow 2020" will feature more than 180 brands from Italy, Germany, France, Turkey, Russia and other countries with the collections for spring-summer 2021.
The sample of participants included manufacturers of casual, business and fashionable women's, men's and children's clothing, lingerie and beach fashion, jewelry, travel and urban accessories.
