On March 19, the main fashion event of this spring took place in Gostiny Dvor - the anniversary season of the Moscow Fashion Week started.
The 41st season of Moscow Fashion Week began with a gala show of the most famous Russian designers. Vyacheslav Zaitsev, Valentin Yudashkin, Igor Chapurin, Tatyana Parfenova, Irina Krutikova, Victoria Andreyanova took part in the show in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Week. Designers - winners of the Golden Mannequin award for the first time in many years have shown their collections on the same catwalk. The fashion show was opened by Alexander Dostman, President of the Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear Association.
Vyacheslav Zaitsev presented a mix of the best collections of recent years, uniting them under the name "Nostalgia for Beauty." Irina Krutikova showed the elements of the collection in her usual refined and sophisticated style. Igor Chapurin in the New Black collection remained faithful to the principles of haute couture and used Indian silk, brocade, Turkmen cotton, the finest wool and jacquard. The gala show was continued by the capsule collection of Tatiana Parfenova for the fall-winter 2019 season. The collection of Victoria Andreyanova became a hymn to a strong woman who can change the world. The show was closed by Valentin Yudashkin with a collection of flowing and vivid images.
On the opening day of the Fashion Week, the street fashion podium reopened, where the Todes Wear project presented its collections.
A real surprise was the first show of precious jewelry by the Kabarovsky jewelry brand in the entire 25-year history of Moscow Fashion Week.
