In honor of the 80th anniversary of the famous fashion designer Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Zaitsev, a large personal exhibition of the fashion maestro "Nostalgia for beauty. For the anniversary of the great master" opened at the Museum and Exhibition Center "Museum of Fashion", demonstrating all facets of his work. The space of the Fashion Museum has settled for several months the best images of the past, created by Zaitsev, who is called in the West only "Red Dior", highly appreciating his impeccable taste and boundless talent, which have shaped the style of more than one generation.
Dresses, costumes, accessories, paintings, sketches, photographs - visitors to the Fashion Museum can get acquainted with many unique, previously not exhibited items from the personal collection of Vyacheslav Zaitsev and his fashion house, see outfits in the national Russian style, feminine images inspired by the aesthetics of favorite couturiers Zaitsev - Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent, luxurious, richly decorated party sets and much more. Male images of the fashion designer will be of particular interest.
Within the framework of the project, lectures, master classes, fashion evenings and open events dedicated to the history of Russian fashion and the great master Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Zaitsev are planned!
