Dmitry Grabovsky is a native of the city of Sevastopol. He had to grow up quite early and take full responsibility for his life: in the seventh grade, he became a pupil of a boarding school. After the ninth grade, I got a job as a waiter, bartender, then an assistant in organizing events. The first successes were not long in coming, and very soon Dmitry moved to the position of art director of one of the city's restaurant chains, and also began to cooperate with various venues as a promoter (organizer of concerts).

Gradually, the geography of concerts expanded, and in parallel with this, Dmitry was actively engaged in self-education in the field of marketing and promotion. At the age of 23, he moved to the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, then to Dnepropetrovsk, where he worked as the art director of the large entertainment complex "Voskhod".

At the age of 26 he returned to Sevastopol and, having mortgaged an apartment, opened his first restaurant. The name of the restaurant very accurately defined the essence of its creator - "The Great Combinator". The project turned out to be successful, Dmitry realized that it was in the field of the restaurant business that he was interested in developing further. He decided to do something in the fast food segment and opened the Matryoshka Pancake House network of pancakes, which became well known in Crimea, and then aroused the interest of investors in Russia. As a result, the project covered several cities of the Russian Federation (including Moscow), the brand became recognizable and was sold.

The birth of my daughter prompted the idea to open a children's club, and an interesting playground “Little Adults” appeared in Sevastopol. Further steps were taken in the field of fast food, which still attracted Dmitry. He creates the PapaGrill brand with a focus on delicious, quality hot dogs. During the year, 14 points in Sevastopol were launched under the PapaGrill sign, the brand was packaged in a franchise that began to be successfully sold, and is still being sold. To date, more than 140 franchises have been sold in 4 countries of the world.

In 2014 Dmitry opened the first barbershop in Crimea. In 2017, together with partners, he opened the Oranzhereya restaurant, which quickly became a cult place in Sevastopol (Ochakovtsev st., 21A). Dmitry felt "cramped" in Crimea, and in 2018 he moved to Moscow. Projects in Crimea continued to develop, and in 2019 another restaurant under the Oranzhereya brand was opened in Simferopol (62 Sevastopolskaya St.).

"Greenhouse" in Crimea are trendy conceptual establishments that have already won the love of regular guests and tourists from all over Russia. Orangerie restaurants are tasty and atmospheric! In Moscow, Dmitry Grabovsky is mastering new areas of business for himself. He creates the Büro holding, which provides consulting and management services in the field of catering and retail, franchising. In 2019, he opens the Packer branding studio, which is engaged in the development of corporate identity, the creation of websites, and SMM marketing. The slogan of the studio is “We create effective visual packaging for your business”. The company's portfolio includes such brands as KFC, COFIX, COMEDY club, Mint Lounge and others.

In 2020, Dmitry held a Start-up competition in search of interesting niches; with the finalist, he launched a new project, Slice Point, a network of "corners" with ready-to-eat food and drinks. The nearest plans include opening new restaurants in Moscow.

Actively using modern means of communication and building a personal brand, Dmitry maintains the Upakovshchik channel on YouTube, talking about business, famous people, successful entrepreneurs, large companies, start-ups and fuckups. The channel has over 60 thousand subscribers.
