DKNY brand and GUM shopping centerannounce the launch of a joint competition designed to awaken memories of their beloved city of Moscow. From the very beginning, the main component of DKNY's philosophy has been the energy of the metropolis: a style for a resident of a big city who is confidently moving towards her goals. The first Upper Trading Rows of GUM were deliberately created as a symbol of New Moscow: they were built on the traditional site of Moscow bargaining, where endless shops faced Red Square with a proud facade. This spring, when Moscow residents are limited in their movements, two brands with an impressive history have teamed up to remind them of their favorite locations in Moscow and invite participants to make a map of spring walks after all restrictions have been lifted. DKNY and GUM offer to share archived photos of walks in Moscow in their Instagram accounts,and indicate interesting city places under the tags #DKNYxGUM #MoscowWeMissYou, so that anyone can take advantage of the recommendation and set off to explore new corners of Moscow in the near future.
First of all, the competition is designed to raise the spirit in the current realities and remind everyone of how much we love this city. Participants are invited to upload photos from April 30 to May 14, the results will be announced on May 14, the winners will receive gifts from DKNY.
