It seems that while creating the fall-winter collection, Iris van Erpen dreamed of balls. According to the designer herself, these images are "lucid dreams", and the outfits are reflections on the theme of ball gowns. True, as always with Iris, the clothes are created from the most modern materials and textures using the most advanced technologies. Van Erpen replaces the draperies that we are used to seeing in evening fashion with more rigid and seemingly simple designs. Sometimes they resemble a frozen cobweb or crystals of snowflakes, sometimes they are created from dense tulle and rainbow-colored organza. You don't need to be a scientist to understand that a designer creates these exoskeletons using 3D printing, but they are quite applicable in real life, even if they are printed from thermoplastic polyurethane.
