The next Haute Couture Week will take place from 25 to 28 January 2021. Already, representatives of the Haute Couture Syndicate are ready to share news on the schedule of shows and event participants.
One of the main news of the upcoming Week was the participation of the new brand of Alber Elbaz AZ Factory. However, if Elbaz's participation in the couture marathon is one of the most anticipated events of the season, then two more recruits - designers Charles de Villemorin and Sterling Ruby - cause surprise and interest.
Charles de Vilmorin, who is currently only 23 years old, managed to train at the Lanvin house. A graduate of the High Couture Syndicate School, Vilmorin has already launched his own brand of womens and mens clothing in the midst of the 2020 quarantine, using Instagram as the main platform for promotion. In addition, the young designer recently participated in the GucciFest. His style is characterized by vivid fantasies and childhood aesthetics.
Sterling Ruby is Raf Simons' favorite artist and creator, working in a variety of techniques from sculpture and painting to video art. Collaborating with Simons, he managed to work with Dior and Calvin Klein, and a year and a half ago he launched his own brand SR Studio LA. CA., with which he debuted at Pitti Uomo and Women's Fashion Week in Paris.
Among the brands that have become invited members of the syndicate not for the first time, this time Aelis, Aganovich, Azzaro, Christophe Josse, Georges Hobeika, Imane Ayissi, Julie De Libran, Rahul Mishra, Rvdk Ronald Van Der Kemp, YuimNakazato, UlyanSergeenko and Zuhair Murad.
In addition, the Parisian Federation of Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear announced the dates of the next men's Fashion Week in Paris. The screenings will take place on January 19-24, 202, but nothing is known about the format of the event so far.
