Yoji Yamamoto continues to explore the very idea of clothing. The designer's new collection is based on playing with the functionality of different wardrobe items.

Speaking about the autumn-winter collection of Yamamomto, first of all, it is worth noting that the designer is still true to himself in choosing a palette. Yeji still chooses black as a base and only occasionally complements it with white, shades of blue and noble burgundy. Avoiding unnecessary paints, the designer focuses on the designs that will surprise you again this time. Yamamomto created layered, asymmetrical designs and added volume to them. Over coats and jackets, Yeji wears oversized jersey T-shirts, changing the way we think about outerwear. By the way, knitwear in the new collection is presented quite widely. Knitted things with complex geometry are especially remembered. Light prints in the spirit of Pablo Picasso's drawings act as an additional decor.
