Almost 15 years after appearing as Carrie Bradshaw in the cult TV series Sex and the City, Sarah Jessic Parker has moved from being a fashion shoe lover to being a creator. The actress intends to present her own line of women's shoes, and in collaboration with one of the most famous brands - Manolo Blahnik. Parker spoke about her debut in an interview with Harper's Bazaar in September.
Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus will work with the actress on the line of fashionable women's shoes, which received the unpretentious name SJP. The collection will include not only various models of shoes, but also several handbags and trench coats. Parker is inspired by the legendary brands of the past - including Charles Jourdan and Maud Frizon, and the collection itself, according to the actress, will be "something completely different" in terms of shapes, colors and prices. It is already known that the prices for fashionable shoes from Sarah Jessica Parker will vary from $ 200 to $ 300, and handbags will cost about $ 700 for fans of the actress.
The debut of the SJP collection is scheduled for February 2014 - only at the beginning of next year the shoes will be available exclusively in the American chain Nordstrom, and they will be produced only in New York and Europe.
