London Fashion Week surprises not only with original collections. One of the most memorable moments of the week was the appearance of transgender model Andrea Pejic on the Giles show.
Giles Deacon is called the most adequate and sane designer in Britain, but this time the designer decided to surprise in full. Such famous and very popular models as Erin O'Connor, Edie Campbell, Grace Hartzel and Kendall Jenner participated in the recent fall-winter collection show in London. The real surprise was the fourth exit: Andrea Pejic, a transgender model, who was known a year ago as Andrea Pejic, appeared on the podium.
Despite the fact that the model has worked with leading fashion brands and numerous outings for Jean-Paul Gaultier, Jeremy Scott or, for example, DKNY, it cannot be denied that the model was very worried at the show. After all, this is Pejic's first major work at Fashion Week after a series of transformation surgeries. However, Andrea was quite confident, showing off a black cape with a luxurious contrasting collar.
