19-year-old Anna Gritsan from Poltava became the winner of the first reality contest Miss Pantene. It was she who received the title of Miss Pantene, a one-year contract for cooperation with the brand and a photo for the cover of a famous glossy magazine.
The reality casting Miss Pantene started on August 1 at pantene.ru on the eve of the appearance of the new revolutionary Pantene AquLight collection and gathered more than ten thousand participants.
10 finalists of the competition went to the Pantene Beauty Academy in Morocco, where they passed master classes from professionals in the world of fashion and beauty and defended their theses. Lightness and naturalness - these two words have become a kind of leitmotif of the entire Academy.
Andrey Drykin, art director of Pantene Pro-V in Eastern Europe, taught girls the basics of the art of hair care, talked about hair trends of the past and future seasons and shared the secrets of fashionable easy styling.
The master class of Vladimir Kalinchev, the official makeup artist of MaxFactor in Russia, opened the veil of the secret of correct makeup, and after the theoretical lesson, the finalists of the Academy were able to put their skills into practice.
Evelina Khromchenko, a fashion expert, told the finalists about the rules of a modern girl's wardrobe and held individual style consultations. The practical part of this master class was marked by a real fashion show in the AquLight style. The girls were faced with the task of choosing an outfit from their wardrobe that would match the style of the new Pantene AquLight collection, walk the catwalk and get an expert assessment from Evelina Khromchenko.
Secular photographer Vladimir Shirokov, whose portfolio includes work on dozens of covers of glossy magazines, taught the finalists the basics of photomodel art, and at a practical lesson the finalists posed for the camera of the famous photographer.
The famous choreographer Yegor Druzhinin specially came to the Academy to teach the girls the basics of plastics and acting, and fitness instructor Zhanna Chirkova held a Pilates master class.
At the end of their studies at Pantene Beauty Academy, the girls had to go through a difficult test. The diploma work of each finalist is a video clip of Pantene AquLight, filmed during her stay at the Academy according to the idea and script of the finalist and with her in the lead role.
The girls coped with the task with dignity, and very soon the participants' diplomas, as well as reports from the Pantene Beauty Academy and master classes of teachers, could be viewed on pantene.ru, and also cast their vote for the thesis they liked most.
According to the results of user voting on the site, out of ten finalists, three favorites were determined - Marina Razorionova, Margarita Mitrikovskaya and Anna Gritsan, from which the jury of the competition chose Anna as the best candidate for the title of Miss Pantene.
