The main Hollywood "beauty" nowadays is not often found at magnificent film premieres. Julia Roberts even skipped the Oscars last month, preferring to stay at home with her children. But for the sake of her latest film, "Duplicity," the star still made an exception.

Julia Roberts and Clive Owen arrived in London yesterday for the premiere of the new spy thriller Duplicity. This is the actress's first appearance on the red carpet in the past two years. And the 41-year-old star was fully consistent with her image of "beauty" in a black trouser suit from Dolce & Gabbana. “It's awfully nice to be back in the spotlight,” Julia admitted. "I changed three outfits before I finally decided what to wear tonight."

Within half an hour, Roberts signed autographs to fans. Julia is a welcome guest in London. In fact, its last high-profile premiere took place in the British capital ten years ago.

Duplicity is the first film by the once-highest paid actress in the world since she gave birth to her third baby in 2007. In the film's plot, industrial espionage specialists, played by Roberts and Owen, work in rival firms. But no one imagined that the agents would fall into the crosshairs of Cupid and become passionate lovers.

“I'm not going to devote a lot of time to work,” the actress explained to reporters. "I decided that I would really only give my best for good films, but such offers do not come too often."

Roberts-owned Red Om Films is currently working on the screenplay for Jesus Henry Christ. Julia will join forces with director Dennis Lee to create this motion picture. The protagonist of the motion picture will be a boy who was artificially conceived in a test tube. Raised by a feminist mother, at the age of ten, the child decides to find his biological father. Dennis Lee will independently write the script for the full-length project, and Julia Roberts, according to rumors, will appear in front of the viewer as the mother of a little hero.
