Lena Lenina, named “the sexiest writer of our time” by the Swiss newspaper “LTribune de Geneve” (N88.16, 17.04.09), has starred in commercials a lot. In order to look twenty in her thirties, she does not eat meat, does not smoke, does not take drugs and does not drink alcohol. She never even tasted wine, which is unforgivable for a person living in France, and she never tasted vodka, which is unusual for a Russian person. We asked Lena what is the secret of her great shape and what she eats. Lena Lenina: “As an adherent of Herbert Shelton, Paul Bragg and Peter D'Adamo, I compiled my own eclectic power system. In addition, recently, at the instigation of my mother, a famous cardiologist, she began to actively practice a raw food diet. Before going to bed, for example, I soak dry peas, and in the morning I put the sprouted treasure in beautiful boxes from Tupperware and in the afternoon, in between filming, I gladly eat it with a silver spoon. In the car, in case of traffic jams, I always have a supply of proteins in the form of nuts and glucose in the form of dried fruits. And in my purse, besides a computer and a cosmetic bag, I always carry bananas or carrots, which delight men who notice me for an erotic snack. My aunt supplies us with natural vegetables and fruits from her garden, where she even grows organic buckwheat, with which we have replaced bread. And I go to the Parisian market with a Geiger counter and a nitrate meter. I hope to live like this until the age of 120 (smiles). " Guided by the rule that a person can be judged by what he eats, we can conclude that Lenin is a wonderful symbiosis of a rabbit and a squirrel, and such a "French" diet is quite feasible in any Russian village.
