"Sex and the City" in the near future will become not only a film, but also a scent - the source of inspiration for the new perfume Sarah Jessica Parker (Sarah JessicParker) became a cult series that brought the actress international fame. The new fragrance, dubbed SJP NYC, will be released next spring by Parker in collaboration with cosmetics brand Coty, ahead of the premiere of the second part of Sex and the City, slated for May.
SJP NYC is designed to recreate the atmosphere of "Sex and the City" - freedom, countless possibilities, love for New York and fashion. SJP NYC's fruity-floral composition is based on notes of Italian mandarin, strawberry, gardenia, mimosa, red rose, honeysuckle, sandalwood, vanilla absolute and creamy musk.
According to Sarah Jessica Parker herself, her new fragrance is strikingly different from previous perfume creations - unlike Lovely and Covet, released by the actress in 2005 and 2007, SJP NYC is built on floral aromas combined with a sweet top note of strawberry. SJP NYC will be released in eau de toilette, body lotion and stylish bracelet with solid perfume.
