Masha Tsigal's spring-summer 2012 collection continues the theme of the transition from sportswear to casual elegance, which the designer suddenly presented last season. "New" Masha Tsigal was accepted with a bang - and again pleased with the modern and stylish collection.
All the trends of the season: floor-length chiffon dresses, white and with prints, transparency and variations on the theme of military shirts - are present. In addition, Masha offers the finest denim and fabrics in shades of sand in the same silhouettes.
In women's looks, including the one in which the designer came out after the show, there is nostalgia for the 90s with denim skirts with rivets, shorts, T-shirts, "alcoholics" (I had almost the same denim skirt, only then it was even more dense and therefore less comfortable fabric, but this smell and metal buttons are from that decade). An amazingly subtle transfer of the atmosphere of these years, without frankly quoting the yuppie fashion that reigned on the catwalk, but with a reference to what people in our country actually wore.
The men's collection includes both modern images and ultramodern ones that require courage from young people - Masha contributes to the destruction of conservative stereotypes of men's fashion, not shocking, but offering things a little more original. T-shirt "alcoholic" made of gold fabric with lurex - a great find! To begin with, you can choose to go to clubs in the summer (and certainly go through the dress code!), And then, maybe, someone will transfer it into everyday life.
A shirt with a print, in which references to women's blouses are guessed, and a sash - for the daredevils. For those who are not yet ready for new looks, there are military shirts (maybe the design of a military uniform for our army should be ordered by Masha?) And stylish skinny trousers.
The collection is truly summery, lightweight, charming, and mature and commercially promising. Take the queue for the things you like right now!
