The largest Russian air carrier Aeroflot has held a tender for the production of uniforms for its employees. The winner of the tender was BTK Group, which is already the main supplier of uniforms for Russian Railways. The Kommersant newspaper writes that the corporate colors of Aeroflot will be dark blue (for men's and women's winter clothing) and "red tangerine" (a summer version for flight attendants). In total, the BTK Group contract provides for the equipment of 3.5-4 thousand airline employees. It is planned to complete the outfitting of the airline's staff by February 9, 2010 - Aeroflot's birthday.

BTK Group will sew clothes for both flight attendants and employees of Aeroflot's ground services in St. Petersburg. It is known that dresses will appear in the uniform developed by the Bunakova and Khokhlov Studio design bureau.

The current version of the Aeroflot uniform was developed in 2003 by the Victoria Andreyanova Fashion House. In the summer, the airline's general director, Vitaly Savelyev, said that the airline’s form "is rejection."

BTK Group now serves the high-speed train Sapsan (Russian Railways), and in February 2009 it signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense for the production of a new uniform for Russian military personnel, which was developed jointly with Valentin Yudashkin.

"BTK Group" is engaged in the production of workwear under the Trud brand, menswear brands FOSP and Onegin. Since 2005, the main shareholder of the group is Taimuraz Bolloev, ex-president of the Baltika brewing company and president of the state corporation Olympstroy.
