The name of Raf Simons is known to most people who are interested in design and style in one way or another. This fashion designer has worked with Jil Sander and Christian Dior, and is now the creative director of Calvin Klein. In addition, Simons designs sneakers for Adidas and works with interior design bureau Kvadrat.
Recently, the collaboration with Kvadrat was continued in the new, already fourth, textile collection. In creating the collection, Raf was inspired by the art of the 20th century and the painting of the pointillists. The new velvet and mohair creations also feature designs inspired by Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art such as Georges Seurat and Vincent Van Gogh. It turned out very stylish.
