The British Council of Fashion Designers has announced the nominees for the British Fashion Awards, which will be held in London on December 9th. The most famous representatives of the British fashion industry - from supermodels to fashion designers - will compete for the title of the best in 11 categories.
The most honorable category, without a doubt, is the title of "Best Designer", which was awarded in the past by John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Matthew Williamson, Stell McCartney and Vivienne Westwood Westwood).
Young faces of the British modeling business will compete for the title of "Model of the Year": 17-year-old Georgia Jagger (Georgi Jagger), new star of Versace, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (Rosie Huntington-Whiteley), recently became one of the "angels" of Victoria's Secret, and Daisy Lowe (Daisy Lowe).
The Best Fashion Brand award will go to one of three nominees - Burberry, Mulberry and Pringle of Scotland. Graeme Fidler, Aquascutum Designer, Kim Jones, Dunhill Designer, and Todd Lynn will be competing for the title of Best Menswear Designer. And in the Best Collection of the Year category, designers Christopher Kane, Jonathan Saunders and Erdem will compete.
