The Imperial Porcelain Factory celebrates two anniversaries this year - 275 years since the founding of the factory by Empress Elizabeth and the 75th anniversary of its most famous drawing - a cobalt net, which was born in difficult 1944 by the artist Anna Adamovna Yatskevich, who was inspired by the endless beauty of winter Leningrad - blue the sky, white snow and snowflakes sparkling under the northern sun have turned into a luxurious openwork mesh in the spirit of Dmitry Vinogradov, the creator of the first Russian porcelain.

Over the years, cobalt underglaze painting has become a symbol of the IPE and harmoniously fits into the modern interior!

And by the way, until now, in every product of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, 65% are handmade! Therefore, each cup or saucer dressed in the anniversary cobalt net is unique.
