In Russia, online shopping has long replaced the usual offline shopping. Recently, online sales have increased by almost one and a half times. The most common assortment among online shoppers is undoubtedly clothing. More than half of Russians prefer to buy clothes online. In this article, we decided to find out what, for how much and why they buy on the Internet.
Dresses are in the lead by a wide margin in the shortlist of online shopping. This is certainly not surprising, because the bulk of purchases are made by female representatives. And the dress, as you know, is one of the most common outfits. As for the price range, dresses up to three and a half rubles are best sold.
Now, at the peak of the sales season, the attention of buyers is shifting towards more expensive brands, since thanks to discounts you can afford premium segment brands at mass market prices. We can say that shopping online allows you to save a lot, since you can safely explore everything that certain brands offer: all the discounts and offers. The Internet allows you to save not only money, but also time: no need to spend hours on traffic jams, endless wandering from store to store and the struggle for the thing you like.
The second line of our shortlist is occupied by shoes. Online shoe sales have also grown significantly over the recent period. The past 2016 made it possible for Russian users to buy online footwear from mass market giants such as H&M. The entry into the online market of footwear lines of mass market brands has certainly played a role in increasing sales. The average online check for a pair speaks about the same, because the price of an average pair in the network does not exceed four thousand rubles. But once again it is worth noting that during the sales season there is a sharp jump in luxury sales, because you can afford more for almost the same money.
Previously, many were stopped from buying by the question of fitting: the size will not fit, the dress will not fit, the material will not be as we would like. Now all these problems have been solved: firstly, most large online stores offer the option of trying on before buying, which is certainly much more convenient to do at home than in a store with huge queues in the fitting room. Secondly, the product can always be returned back if you eventually change your mind.

“The future really lies with Internet commerce, more and more people choose online shopping, because in the former it is a real opportunity to save time, you don’t need to go somewhere, but also money, for example, 2.5 million goods are collected on clouty.ru from more than 75 largest online stores, you have a real opportunity to find the same thing at different prices, sometimes the difference can reach 70%, especially in Lux brands."
In the end, we decided to check ourselves whether it would be possible to save money on the network. And, after only half an hour, they found the dream of every girl - a pair of those same Louboutins (approx. Christian Louboutin) for only six thousand rubles (with a 70% discount) on www.clouty.ru. Obviously, an attempt to achieve a similar result offline is doomed, so why waste money and time if you can go to a website or an application in a minute.
