On October 2, 2015, in the Aviapark shopping center, the grand opening of the flagship department store of the British chain Debenhams took place, within the framework of which a fashion show was held with the participation of three British top designers who specially came to Moscow in order to present capsule collections created for Debenhams - Ben de Lisi, Patrick Grant and Savannah Miller. The fashion show was attended by Artem Korolev, Maria Tsigal, Marina Demchenko, Elena Kuletskaya, Anna Shchepeleva, Anna Churina, Natalya Lesnikovskaya, Olga Panchenko, Anastasia Ragozina, Margarita Mitrofanova, Olga Zaitseva, Eva Vostroknutova, Alexandra Child, Maria Zheleznyakova and Dmitry Shipilov.
The second department store in Moscow has opened with an updated concept, first used at the flagship Debenhams department store on Oxford Street. For the first time in Moscow, it presents a full line of products that includes women's, men's and children's clothing, including collaborations with world famous British designers - John Rocha, Julien Macdonald, Matthew Williamson, Henry Holland and others. In addition, fans of British fashion at affordable prices will find accessories, perfumes and cosmetics, footwear, as well as household goods and gifts in the store with an area of about 8,400 square meters. The department store is located on 3 floors in the central part of the Aviapark shopping center - the largest shopping center in Europe.
On the occasion of the opening, they came to Moscow to personally present their own collections by designer of women's clothing and accessories Ben de Lisi, designer of men's clothing Patrick Grant, known far beyond England as one of the best designers of his generation (in 2010, Patrick Grant was recognized as the Best Male Designer according to British Fashion Award). In addition to them, Savannah Miller presented the most recent collaboration in the Debenhams portfolio, and earlier than in London. Named after the designer's favorite number, the Nine by Savannah Miller capsule is distinguished by its clean lines, precise patterns and superb materials. Supermodel Carmen Kass is the face of the campaign in support of the collection.
In addition to fashion shows, gifts and discounts on new collections, the guests were treated to a performance by singer and violinist Daria Fisher on the 1st floor of the department store, and British pianist and musician Stephen Ridley performed for the guests of the private party.
