On February 26, 2013 Alexander Vasiliev with his dog named "Kitty" opened the 20th anniversary CPM show. In his welcome speech, the renowned fashion historian shared his emotions regarding the size of the exhibition and the quality of the exhibitors. Also, a small collection of dresses from the master's archives was presented, located in the pavilion where the shows are held.
The CPM - Collection Première Moscow exhibition will take place from Tuesday to Friday, from February 26 to March 1, 2013 at the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow.
About 40 fashion shows, organized individually for the sections CPM Premium, CPM Fashion & Denim, CPM Kids, as well as CPM Body & Beach, await visitors to the exhibition. On Thursday, the Russian industry magazine “I buy” is organizing the awarding ceremony for young talents under the program of support and promotion of talented designers developed by the Igedo Company. The presentation ceremony will take place at 13:00 after the fashion show of the participants of the Designerpool project. The list of events is complemented by information meetings, workshops and round tables on the latest fashion trends, as well as parties on the evening of the second and third days of the exhibition.
