On April 8, 2016, for students of grades 7-9 of the international gymnasium in Novye Veshki, the managing company Sawatzky Property Management organized a unique career guidance tour of the White Gardens business center, during which the students were shown and told how the work of managing business centers is being structured.
Much attention during the excursion was paid to the issues of new architectural environmentally friendly solutions in the construction of business centers, engineering systems, as well as modern security systems and the peculiarities of their operation and management. As a result of the excursion, each student received a certificate in the practical basics of managing an A-class office building.

Also, representatives of Sawatzky Property Management conducted an excursion to the offices of the largest innovative tenant companies - Microsoft and Avito. In the office of the largest IT company in the world - Microsoft, schoolchildren were involved in the work of employees, they learned how the daily routine of specialists works. Many questions were devoted to education, the use of foreign experience and, of course, foreign languages in their work. Also, the schoolchildren were shown the technical equipment of the office: servers, a showroom with technological innovations, an accounting center, etc. The students noted the high requirements of the professional training of Microsoft specialists. The excursion continued at the Avito office, where the guests were introduced to the work of the largest unparalleled service in Russia. As the gymnasium students noted: "Avito is an office where you want to work."The modern office of the tech company Avito embodies the concept of creative workplaces mixed with lounges and new ideas. After all, it is in a creative atmosphere that interesting non-trivial projects are born that can bring something new and unique to the work of the company.
