The designer Coma, who is also the creative director at the Parisian house of Mugler, has chosen the work of Frank Kot as the source of inspiration for the new collection of his brand. The abstract artist and sculptor is known for his rather intricate modernist metal art objects. Associations with his work can be easily guessed in many of the looks of the David Kom collection for fall-winter 2016/17.
The designer worked with napa leather, complementing it with metallic materials and a minimum of decor. As a result, Com has a futuristic collection that looks innovative, but at the same time does not stand out from the usual style. David is still extremely minimalistic, but this time his models are also sexy.
